Flights to Norfolk also started the same day. 2 weeks later, Sacramento was added to their route network, and is now one of their focus airports. Although Skytran's HQ is in New York, their main operations extend from Myrtle Beach, Norfolk, and Sacramento. Operated by CityLine.]] == Notable occurances == * Upon take off, an Il-86, Flight 483, registration N452SK, owned by the second Skytran Airline suffered an engine failure shortly after take off from MYR. The pilot was able to sucessfully land in a field 5 NM away. 5 out of the 7 crew on board survived, and 343 out of the 350 passengers on board survived. The aircraft was written off.
