Getting new aircraft is not only much more beneficial financially in the long run it is also the best way to expand. There are two ways of acquiring aircraft in Airline Empires and they are; buying and leasing. Firstly click [[file:07_Order_New_Aircraft.png]], this will get you started.

Buying aircraft is the most expensive method of getting aircraft but it is also the best way to keep your profit rating up and if you do not think you can afford monthly leasing payments this is the best option.

Leasing aircraft is the quick and cheap way of acquiring aircraft quickly, it does have a negative effect as you must pay monthly lease payments, if you miss these payments your aircraft can be seized (after three warnings). It also has a negative impact on your credit rating and your ranking. If all your aircraft are leased your ranking is based on how much money you have i.e you lease an aircraft your valuation will go down by the money you spent. If you purchase aircraft however your valuation will be based on how much cash you have and fixed assets (value of all your aircraft).

Searching for a gate in AE is as simplified as it possibly can be! With so many filters you can narrow your search down to a tee:

Doodler became known in Memphis, with its maiden flight from Memphis was to Allentown. Flights to New York and Orlando also started the same day. 2 weeks later, Miami was added to their route network, and is now their focus airport. Although Doodler State's HQ is in Memphis, their main operations extend from Miami.
Doodler State joined American Skies alliance in late 2000. Although, their parent company Doodler is a member of Star Alliance, joining this allaince reinforced their american connection.

They operate 6 Airbus A320-200s. Extending the A320 family, Doodler have 10 A321-100s. Doodler State also has there hands on orders for 4 A321-200s.

== Notable occurances ==
* Upon take-off from Orlando International, an Airbus A320-200 en route to Miami had a temporary engine failure. The aircraft (G-JVVF) had to go around and were granted immediate landing at Orlando. All flights operated by the aircraft that day had to be cancelled.
