With the recent delivery of there latest order of 747D's and STD's Pacific have placed another order for 5 of each with manufacture Boeing. The CEO of Pacific had this to say, "These aircraft work well with our route network, replacing smaller aircraft on major routes to the more preferred, bigger and faster ones. Both series have been proven a success even with there very different tasks. Doubling our order allows us to advance even more into Europe, as you can see we are now and with some new 747D's, we will be able to set up a new Hub in Asia somewhere".

In other news, Pacific have extended there Taiuan terminal too 19 gates from the previous 19, providing expansion into Russia and other targets of travel in the old Soviet empire following the break up in 1990.

Pacific recently bought 2 747-400D's, The high density, short haul aircraft made by boeing designed for High Density routes. The Aircraft are already in service and have helped ease the pressure on the airlines smaller, Mid Range fleet, allowing them to sell some older Aircraft.
